UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS

This is one of the most important campaigns being coordinated by CFA.  We welcomed the release in February 2004 of a discussion paper from the Standing Committee of Officials of Consumer Affairs (SCOCA). Consumer group submissions in response to the paper are set out in the box to the left.
